Flip My Trailer is a company designed for investors that specializes in helping its investors acquire, renovate and resell and lease  mobile homes an.. We are dedicated to helping investors who want to own property while investing with minimal money.  We are the first to market offering our witty ideas and wealth building concepts in the mobile home space.


Flip My Trailer Franchising, Inc. is the very first and only mobile home flipping franchise in the world. We purpose to recruit and train the most assertive mobile home investors to the end of helping us to solve the world's home shortage crisis. We aim to do this by making mobile home investing affordable and easy. At the small asking of less than $10,000 to be franchisee; it's a no brainer. Never before has investing in a home that someone will actually live in been so affordable. In some case we acquire homes for FREE. In these cases, we turn these homes over to our investors. Biography

We here at American Pillars Contracting, have been provided building construction and business consultant consultant services for more than 100 business owners since 1998.


We offer both residential and commercial building options from custom home building to remodeling, renovations, land clearing, escavation, foundation repairs, framing, plumbing, electrical, paving, masonry, roofing, water wells to landscaping services as we are General Contractors.

Benjamin Apollos

President and CEO 

Benjamin Apollos is currently a PhD student majoring in Higher Education.  He founded this consulting and construction company in 1996 while completing his Masters’ degree, serving in the Army Reserves as a Chaplain Officer and raising a family. He started off acquiring and supervising jobs as little as $2,000.00, with one skilled worker.


He's performed home remodels, internal commercial build-outs in retail spaces and malls, new construction from the ground up, built entire infrastructures for several shopping centers; to include but not limited to tree and brush clearing, grading, excavation, rough and final plumbing, rough and final electrical, street and parking lot, retention pond, pavement of a 110 parking space parking lot, striping, blueprint design of the building and landscape plan, construction of the shopping center, and internal buildout for 10 new retail tenants for one shopping center he constructed.


He's designed blueprints built high dollar homes from scratch (custom home building), ranging from $400,000 - $3.7 Million. In addition, He's managed crews up to 60 skilled workers and subcontractors at one time; and as many as 43 on-site at one time.


I've performed all duties required to start, own and operate the logistics and construction business to include recruitment, building and acquiring leads, project bidding, project management, crew management, team building, business operations, hiring, firing, contracting, public affairs, lobbying for contracts, accounts payables and receivables, binding insurance, managing personnel and contractors with diverse skills and services to include grading, electrical, plumbing, building site infrastructure, weather proofing, street and parking lot paving, installing street lighting, framing, painting, flooring, roofing, windows, door and fixture installation, sewer and septic installation, footings, overseeing construction projects valued at more than $4 million, working with other builders, financial institutions, for profit and not for profit businesses, local, state and federal chamber of commerce partnerships, collaborating with local, state and federal government entities, designing contracts, inspecting topographies for potential projects, environmental management for sites, permitting jobs for my own projects and for other developers.


To date, He's constructed or remodeled more than 300,000 square foot of space. Other duties include lease negotiations for triple net and standard lease terms. He is an expert in this area especially when it comes to eradicating Passers, Maintenance and Lighting addons. He's negotiated more than 70 lease deals over this same span of time. Also, He's licensed General Contractor with reciprocation in 12 states.


He has helped more than 150 business move from stagnant, loss, erosion to money making enterprises. In addition, he has more than 800 inventions, many of which he's put into creation and are making money. He serves as our President and CEO and holds a Bachelors Degree from the prestigious Rollins College, Masters in Psychology from Morehouse College and an Honorary Doctorate Degree from AFC.


He served as a Special Forces U.S. Marine with two deployments to his credit and he served as an Army Chaplain Officer for 14 additional years. He is a father of 4 very successful adult children. Apollos recently extended the company into the mobile home investment space.

Kamillia Murchison, M.Fin.

Chief Operating Officer

Kamillia holds an earned Master's Degree in Finance Colorado State University a Bachelors Degree in Legal Studies from the University Of Central Florida, and she graduated Summa Cum Laude and was one of 20 recipients in the entire student body to win the prestigious Pegasus Award.


Currently, she is a highly decorated Captain in the U.S. Air Force. Kamillia has been familiar with Construction, Real Estate, Fitness and Business Consulting all of her life. Following in the footsteps of her father, Benjamin Apollos a consummate 36 year businessman in Business Consulting, Fitness, Real Estate Acquisition and Liquidation and a self-made millionaire.


She holds the position of Chief Operating Officer. Her father appointed her this position as she is the most able to help the company become a solid venture and has the poise to help the company become a global force in all of its spaces.

Jeremy Crawford

Chief Planning Officer

Jeremy is an honor graduate from Cypress Creek High School in Orlando, Florida. Jeremy was successful in simultaneously graduating from the world renown International Baccalaureate Program (IB) program.


A program that has been around for nearly 100 years and recruits internationally from the top 10% of all high honor students. This IB dropout rate is commensurate with the intense and incredibly challenging academic program. The IB program graduates less than 20% of the most intelligent high schools in the world.


He is an elite, consummate “academian.” Jeremy is no stranger to academic excellence as he has been performing at the highest level since the tender age of seven when he was accepted into the Georgia AP (Accelerated Learning Program) known as HONORS.


Throughout his entire life, he has been blessed to excel as an honor student and continues in elite status today. Currently, Jeremy is a graduating Senior at the University of Central Florida. He is majoring in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in History and works with the firm (American Pillars Contracting, LLC.) as the Chief Planning Officer. 

Building Construction

We are licensed general contractors in the state of Georgia and has reciprocated licenses in 12 additional states, including Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and West Virginia.


American Pillars was founded by Benjamin Apollos in 1996 while completing his Master’s degree, serving in the Army Reserves as a Chaplain Officer, and raising a family. He started acquiring and supervising jobs as little as $2,000.00 with 1 skilled worker. He also performed other works, such as home remodeling, internal commercial build-out in retail spaces and malls, custom building homes from the grown up, building designs & blueprints, conceptualization, building the entire infrastructure for an 18,000 square foot shopping center.


This also include total excavation of trees, rocks, sand and brush clearing, grading, rough and final plumbing, rough and final electrical, street and parking lot, retention pond, roofing, sheet-rocking, painting, soffits, paneling, masonry, window install, trim work, retaining walls, waterproofing, landscaping, underground drain system, pavement of a 110 parking space parking lot, striping, blueprint design of the building and landscape plan, construction of the shopping center, and internal build-out for 10 new retail tenants.


He created and designed blueprints built high-dollar homes from scratch (custom home building), ranging from $50,000 to $3.7 million. In addition, he managed 60 skilled workers and subcontractors simultaneously.

Flip My Trailer Franchising, Inc.., offers Mobile Home Investment expertise, Mobile Home Investments Proven Money Making Concepts, Operations Manual, Sales Protocol, Sales Training, books mastering self-control books, club self-control memberships and seminars, manuals and clothing, books and brand clothing. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Flip My Trailer Franchising, Inc. FRANCHISE is $9,100.00 and up. This includes $2,500 - $9,999.99 that must be paid to the FRANCHISOR or affiliate.

Paces Ferry Rd., # 326, Atlanta, Ga 30327, (844) 885 – 5433, info@flipmytrailer.com / https:www.flipmytrailer.com. We are a Georgia Corporation that was incorporated on February 02, 2021. We do not conduct business under any other name.


Agent for Service or Process.

Prior Experience.


We started operating mobile home remodeling in 2020 under the name American Pillars Contracting, LLC., in Dublin, Georgia and have owned and operated and sold now 5 such mobile homes in, Georgia and 2 in Mississippi.

Currently, we offer mobile homes flipping concepts and courses with the purchase of the required operations manual and workbook.


The Business We Offer.


The Franchisee will sell mobile home flipping concepts.


Applicable Regulations


You must comply with federal, state, and local health and environmental safety regulations concerning the proper handling and disposal of oils, lubricants, cleaning fluids, and other products used in the business. You should investigate the application of these laws further.

OTHER FEES


The following is a list of other recurring or isolated fees or payments that you are required to pay or that FLIP MY TRAILER FRANCHISING, INC. or its affiliates impose or collect in whole or in part on behalf of a third party.

This is not compounding fee. You will pay this fee separate from your royalty fee and where the two meet, this fee will supersede. A reconciliation report will be provided to you at the end of the current quarter for explanation.


Construction Usage Fee15.0% of total construction labor, materials, supplies, tools, permitting & licensing costs to construct, renovate and/or remodel mobile homes and trailers we recommend and refer to you.Payable within 24 hours and once projected construction costs and materials and supplies invoice, contract or explanation is provided to you.You are required to use the construction services provider, materials & supplies providers that we refer and recommend to you. For total construction labor, materials, supplies, blueprint services, change orders, tools, permitting & licensing costs to construct, renovate and/or remodel mobile homes and trailers we recommend and refer to you. As of now, you will use American Pillars Contracting, LLC., unless other vendor is provided, referred and/or recommended.

FLIP MY TRAILER FRANCHISING, INC. agrees to offer additional training at home office and annual conventions. 

Annual conventions are mandatory for all Franchises. You are responsible to pay, travel fees, registration fees, enrollment fees, application fees, and all fees connected to and with to attend referred and mandated conventions.


Website Management$99 to $299 each monthEach Month by the 7th, day of the current monthIt is necessary to stay current with up to date mobile home, trailers and manufactured home real estate investment discoveries and national and international marketing and advertisement. This fee is mandatory.


National Advertising Fund3% of Gross Receipts Payable monthly by the 7th, day of the current month, beginning the third month after center opens for business.Utilized to develop ads for use by all the Franchisor and Franchises, Franchisees

We offer options to open territory Franchising location in FIVE different Regions, 1 – 5. Within these regions there are districts, all of which are territories and the cost to start, open and operate a center will very, generally increasing in overall investment per region 10% – 75% or more. See Franchisor for more details.


You may be eligible to purchase territories. Inquire with us for more details. All Mandatory Fees will be paid monthly via automatic electronic transfer through your merchant processing fees services with Flip My Trailer Franchising, Inc. and as Flip My Trailer Franchising, Inc. as the payment processor and paid directly to Flip My Trailer Franchising, Inc. on the 7th, day of every month beginning the 2nd month of this partnership and Franchising agreement.


Royalty – Section 6 of the Franchise Agreement requires you to pay Franchisor a continuing royalty payment amounting to percentage 18% of gross sales, payable monthly. The late charge if you submit your royalty fee or royalty statement after the due date (7th, of month). The late charge is $50 per day for each day the royalty fee is late, and $50 per day for each day the royalty statement is late. The Royalty Fee Report(s)/Statement(s) must be sent by the owner(s) of the Corporation.

It must accompany and include the Gross Sales for the previous month including enrollment fees, cash payments, paid in full(s), partial fees, and all types of transactions, i.e. cash, money order, cashier’s checks, checks, credit cards, debit cards, by wire, electronic funds transfer, etc. investor education, mobile home investor certification, manuals, books, and related products sales, etc., all monies received during the full 30-31 days of the previous month.


Audit – This is an estimate of the costs that may be imposed without regard to the percentage of any discrepancy found. FLIP MY TRAILER FRANCHISING, INC. may perform an audit if you fail to timely submit monthly gross sales reports, royalty fees statements, cash payments, paid in full(s), partial fees, and all types of transactions, i.e. cash, money order, cashier’s checks, checks, credit cards, debit cards, by wire, electronic funds transfer, etc. investor education, mobile home investor certification, manuals, books, contractor bills, materials and supplies, home purchase bills, lease payments, lease to purchase payments, subcontractor fees, lot fees and related products sales, etc., utility disconnect services, and financial statements or other requested or required financial information (See Item 6 and Section I., II., III., & IV..) Any other forms, statements or documents requested by the FLIP MY TRAILER FRANCHISING, INC. in order to make a sound decision on the Audit must be submitted within 48 hours after the official written request has been made.


Additional Training – Franchisees must pay for registration fees, educational materials, space, technology, telecommunication, food, transportation and lodging expenses and will pay compensation for any service performed by Franchisor or its representative during such additional training period (See Item 6 and Section I., II., III., & IV..)

Website Management – Flip My Trailer Franchising, Inc. will manage the entire corporation’s website to include the website relevancies for your specific location and fees will vary depending on specials and other communication requirements and upgrades to the corporate website. (See Item 6 and Section I., II., III., & IV..)

National Advertisement Fund – Flip My Trailer Franchising, Inc. will assess a 3% gross sales National Advertisement Fee for advertising services provided by the corporation on behalf of your location and the corporation at large.


All Mandatory Fees will be paid via automatic electronic transfer through your merchant processing fees services with Flip My Trailer Franchising, Inc. and paid directly to Flip My Trailer Franchising, Inc. on the 7th,day of every month beginning the 2nd month of this partnership and Franchising agreement.

All Mandatory Fees will be paid via automatic transfer through your merchant processing fees services with Flip My Trailer Franchising, Inc. and as Flip My Trailer Franchising, Inc. as the payment processor and will be paid directly to Flip My Trailer Franchising, Inc. on the 7th, day of every month beginning the 2nd month of this partnership and Franchising agreement.
